The cuisine at the Edenlehen stands for flavour and enjoyment with a focus on regional, sustainable products, most of which we produce and refine ourselves at the Edenlehen farm! These simple but fundamental principles form the basis for the highest culinary standards for which our kitchen, under the direction of head chef Walter Stippler and sous-chef Lorenz Hundsbichler and his team, is renowned near and far!
When purchasing additional food, we also focus on seasonal products from local producers and farmers. Our culinary repertoire changes according to the 4 seasons with regional and many home-made products. Let yourself be surprised by the freshness of the respective season!
We will be pleased to recommend selected Austrian wines to accompany your dinner, as well as a range of excellent international wines from our wine menu.

From Early Morning to Late Evening
We will be pleased to serve you your favourite coffee each morning in our cosy dining areas; or, in good weather, on the wonderful sun terrace with views of the Zillertal Alps.
Our healthy breakfast buffet with oven-fresh bread and pastries, vitamin juices, muesli and wholemeal products, yoghurt, fruit, vegetables, jams, honey from the hotel's own bees and a fine selection of cut meats from our own in-house butchers. A soft-boiled organic egg, scrambled or fried egg with bacon; our farmhouse chickens are at work everyday to meet your requirements.
Our snack menu is available at lunchtime, with a choice of tasty meals including ice cream and desserts.
In the evening we take you on a culinary journey, treating you to a 4-course set dinner each day: salad from the buffet, soup, various main courses and a tempting dessert. To finish we offer cheese with home-made chutneys and Alpine butter.
