In spring 2024, we completed our new Edenlehen farm cheese dairy on our Edenlehen farm, which has been family-run for generations - a place where traditional craftsmanship and culinary delights now go hand in hand and where our head of the house, Andreas Hundsbichler, has dedicated himself to ‘Kasen’ with great dedication & passion!
Our farm cheese dairy stands for quality and authenticity. The milk we use for our butter & cheese production comes from our farm's own cows, which are kept in a species-appropriate manner and feed on fresh grass, hay and the purest spring water. The short distances and the close connection between agriculture and further production/refinement guarantee the high quality of our products.

The Edenlehen farm stands for sustainability and responsibility. We attach great importance to environmentally friendly production methods and the respectful treatment of our animals and resources.
Our philosophy is to live & work in harmony with nature in order to produce products that not only taste good, but are also good for the environment.

In addition to butter and cheese production, we offer a wide range of farm and regional products in our Edenlehen farm shop. Here you will not only find our own farm butter and cheeses, but also home-made meat and sausage products, honey, herbal salt, eggs from our own meadow chickens, pasta, bread and much more. Everything your heart desires to take a piece of rural idyll home with you.
