For generations, the ‘Hof Edenlehen’ farm has been inextricably linked to our house and has characterised life and work with nature in a special way for more than 500 years...
The production of hay milk is the most original form of milk production and is adapted to the course of the seasons. The unspoilt nature of the meadows & mountain pastures with their lush grasses and herbs is the basis of hay milk production. No additives or fuels are used for the dairy cows.
This gentle form of agriculture therefore not only has a positive effect on the health of humans & animals, but also makes a decisive contribution to protecting the environment and preserving biodiversity. We are proud to be hay milk farmers and to be able to serve our guests a piece of pure nature every day!

For us, the welfare of our animals is inextricably linked to our philosophy of sustainable living & working in harmony with nature.
If the animals are doing well, humans also benefit and a cycle is closed that has existed for thousands of years. This way of thinking is becoming more of a focus again these days, creating greater awareness of the origin & production of our food!
Alpine summer at Stoankasern
Our animals spend the summer months until autumn on our high alpine pasture, the Junsalm-Stoankasern in Tux! Fresh spring water, lush grasses & herbs and unspoilt nature await our animals here every year, who, just like us, truly long for this time! We are proud to work & live in harmony with nature and thus make an existential contribution to preserving the diversity, functionality and beauty of our alpine region!
