Our precautions for your holiday at the Hotel Edenlehen

ARRIVAL - WELCOME TO THE HOTEL EDENLEHEN

We are very happy to welcome you again in the PARADISE ON TIME AT THE ZILLERTAL! We have now summarized some rules of conduct which should serve as guidelines for you to enjoy a carefree holiday at the HOTEL EDENLEHEN!

Due to the framework conditions in the course of the opening steps for the hotel & catering industry from 19th May 2021 and in order for a carefree holiday at the Hotel Edenlehen, you need an official confirmation that you have either been:

  • tested
  • vaccinated
  • recovered

We kindly ask you to wear a FFP2-mask on your arrival and in the entire inside area of the hotel, except in your booked room or suite, except for children under 6 years of age or persons who cannot be expected to wear one.

Furthermore, we ask you to refrain from the usual welcome rituals such as shaking hands etc. and to keep a minimum distance of 2 metres to other people, except to people from the same household or fellow travellers in the same accommodation unit.

In your booked room or suite it is not necessary to wear a FFP2-mask.

We also appeal to the personal responsibility of each individual and would like to ask you to start your holiday only HEALTHY!


CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

We will obtain all necessary information and personal data from you in advance by e-mail or telephone - however, the signature on the registration form must still be made personally upon your arrival! Thus we guarantee a safe and comfortable check-in at the HOTEL EDENLEHEN, so that you can enjoy your holiday from the first minute!

You can pay the bill as usual at the reception, as we have taken special security precautions!

 

 

HYGIENE - CLEANLINESS

We set up disinfectant dispensers in all important areas of the hotel, which remind and invite you to regularly disinfect your hands! Of course, we have also trained and informed our employees in this regard - we take our responsibility very seriously and assure you of the highest precautionary measures according to the applicable guidelines in the HOTEL EDENLEHEN!

All publicly accessible areas such as the reception hall, restaurant, kitchen, wellness and fitness area, playroom, toilets   etc. are regularly cleaned and disinfected in shortened cleaning cycles. This also includes banisters, handles, etc.

 

 

ROOMS AND SUITES

We ventilate & clean the rooms and suites at the HOTEL EDENLEHEN daily with special, disinfectant cleaning agents and adapt to the specified standards of safety.

Our chambermaids focus on the neuralgic spots and touch points such as door handles, handles, surfaces, remote controls, etc.

CUISINE

We have worked out various measures to offer you a culinary experience at the HOTEL EDENLEHEN at the usual high level - of course in compliance with legal regulations such as table distances, FFP2-mask and additional safety precautions such as multiple disinfectant dispensers etc.

As usual, our chef Walter Stippler and his team will spoil you with their culinary delights. For many years, they have been focusing on freshness, regionalism & sustainability of the prepared dishes. For example, we use products from our own agriculture and the region and will continue to expand this range in the future.

Also our very popular EDENLEHEN breakfast buffet will take place as usual. At the buffet and on the way to your table we ask you to wear a FFP2-mask out of respect and politeness towards the other guests and to disinfect your hands beforehand at the specially placed disinfectant dispenser. At the table itself no FFP2-mask is necessary.

TESTS

Since the summer of 2020, our employees have been tested weekly for SARS-COV-2 using PCR testing to ensure the highest level of safety for YOU and our Edenlehen team!

How the testing and notification obligation in the gastronomy/hotel industry will develop, which concerns the stay in the apartments for unvaccinated persons, testing obligation for vaccinated employees etc. is currently still being worked out in detail by the authorities! As soon as we have concrete specifications, we will publish them here, so that you are in the picture!

Cancellation conditions within the framework of the Corona Virus for Summer & Fall 2021

A cancellation sounds unpleasant and it is - for you as well as for us especially in this difficult time in the wake of the corona virus! In this respect, we have now created modified cancellation rules especially for this phase, which we charge as follows for booked arrangements during Summer & Fall 2021 (11.4.-31.10.2021):

Up to 48 hours/2 days before arrival we do NOT charge any cancellation fees! Within 48 hours/2 days before arrival we charge 30% of the total package price! In case of non-arrival without cancellation or indication of reasons we charge 100% of the total price! We recommend a travel cancellation insurance e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung. Generally, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written form.

 

Cancellation policy in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regualtions for Winter 2021/22

A cancellation sounds uncomfortable - for you as for us! In general, cancellations of reservations are only accepted in written version. We ask for your understanding that we charge for booked arrangements as follows:

Until 2 months (up to 60 days) before the start of the holiday no cancellation fees, up to 2 months until 1 month (59 to 31 days) before the start of the holiday we charge 40% of the total price of the arrangement, from 1 month up to 1 week (30 to 7 days) before the start of the holiday we charge 70% of the total arrangement price and in the last week (6 days to 1 day) before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price. No-show without any cancellation in advance will be charged with 100 % of the total price. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, e.g. European travel insurance. Cancellation conditions: The Austrian hotel regulations apply.

We are very pleased to welcome you again in our APARTMENTS EDENLEHEN! We have now summarized some rules of conduct for you, which should serve as guidelines for you to enjoy a carefree holiday!

Due to the framework conditions in the course of the opening steps for the hotel & catering industry from 19th May 2021 and in order for a carefree holiday at the Apartments Edenlehen, you need an official confirmation that you have either been:

The apartments are cleaned & ventilated before and after each new occupancy with special disinfectant detergents that meet the specified safety standards.

WELLNESS - SPA

You can use and enjoy the EDENLEHEN SPA with Bio sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, Swiss stone pine lounge, etc. only by a certain number of guests at the same time - subject to a defined minimum distance of 2 metres and other rules of conduct which are posted in the sauna and relaxation area!

We appeal here once again urgently to your personal responsibility! In addition, we ask you not to use sauna infusions! Wearing an FFP2 mask is also required, except in wet areas (pool, sauna cabin, shower)!
