Courage for apprenticeship training
We have a new addition to the Edenlehen farm butcher's shop and took a look over the shoulder of our new apprentice Georg as he goes about his daily work!
Georg, who has already completed the 3-year technical college in LLA Rotholz and can therefore start his second year of training as a butcher, will receive expert & experienced training in the areas of cutting, slaughtering, processing, sausage filling and dealing with customers etc. from our long-standing farm butcher Erwin Stippler!
We are very happy to give young people the opportunity to be trained in an apprenticeship in order to gain important experience for their future careers! We are therefore delighted that Georg has opted for an apprenticeship and that we will be able to accompany him for the next two years, true to the motto: "Courage to do an apprenticeship!"
