The Alpine Summer begins

The day before yesterday we brought the cows & calves from the Edenlehen farm to our high pasture, the Junsalm - Stoankasern in Tux, where they will spend the summer months until autumn!

 

Fresh spring water, lush grasses & herbs and untouched nature await our animals here every year, who, just like us, truly long for this time! Of course, this "holiday on the alp" also contributes to the so unique & high-quality taste of our milk and dairy products, such as the award-winning Junsberger alp cheese, the alp butter and much more, which we also use daily in the hotel and is available in our Edenlehen farm shop!

 

We wish our Alp team a wonderful summer with many, beautiful moments in such a special natural setting!
