We use the vegetables and herbs planted here for the dishes we prepare fresh every day as part of our Edenlehen cuisine, and the countless blossoms serve as a source of food for our own bees, which are tended with great dedication and sensitivity by son Michael, in addition to all the comprehensive tasks of farming at Hof Edenlehen!
