My Edenlehen - Our team in focus

As already mentioned, we are specifically turning to our employees as part of #employeeMonday and focusing on the respective areas of responsibility, the impressions, experiences and stories of our Edenlehen team!

In addition to the kitchen, reception and roomkeeping, service is one of the main pillars of every gastronomic business. The service area is the interface between guest & kitchen as well as the business card of the house. A professional appearance, the right feeling for guests and their wishes as well as charm & humour are inseparable from this area of everyday gastronomic life.

Our Roman, who we asked today for his #meinedenlehen impressions, skillfully combines all these skills and has been part of the Edenlehen team for several years! "The Edenlehen, Irmgard & Andreas, as well as all my colleagues and of course our much appreciated guests are like a second family to me! I am very grateful to have such a job, where you are also appreciated as a person. Working  with people gives me great pleasure day after day and I will therefore remain loyal to the Edenlehen and the Hundsbichler family until my retirement!"

The fact that we can count on so many long-standing employees, such as our Roman, is not a matter of course and fills us with great gratitude and pride! The well-being of our guests is also due to the daily efforts of our wonderful team and we therefore very much hope that Roman, as he himself has stated, will still be there for us and our guests for a long time to come!
