My Edenlehen - Our team

Over the next few weeks, we will be turning our attention to our employees as part of our EMPLOYEE MONDAY and focusing on the respective areas of responsibility, impressions, experiences and stories of our Edenlehen team!
First and foremost, we would like to start today with the head chef of the house, Walter Stippler Junior, who has been responsible for the culinary delights at the Edenlehen for almost 20 years and who always underlines and emphasises them anew! Under the title MYEDENLEHEN, we asked Walter about his very personal impressions and were thus able to briefly distract him from his multi-faceted work: "Here at the Edenlehen, I can perfect my craft with farm-fresh and regional products. I am particularly impressed by working with the youth, motivating them and teaching the apprentices how wonderful it feels to spoil our guests with culinary delights of the highest standard!"
