Fresh spring water, lush grasses & herbs and untouched nature await our animals here every year, who truly long for this time, just like us! Of course, this "holiday on the alp" also contributes to the unique & high-quality taste of our milk and dairy products, such as the award-winning Junsberger alpine cheese, the alpine butter and much more, which we also use daily in the hotel and are available in our Edenlehen farm shop!
