Our head of the house, Irmgard Hundsbichler, has created a true plant paradise here that is unrivalled!
We use the vegetables and herbs planted here for the freshly prepared daily dishes as part of our Edenlehen cuisine and the countless flowers serve as a source of food for our farm bees!
A paradise for bees
With its many different flowers, vegetables and herbs, the Garden of Eden provides an ideal breeding ground for the busy nectar collectors in their daily ‘work’!
Son Michael, who is also responsible for the Edenlehen farm, looks after the well-being of the bees with great sensitivity and dedication and also produces the farm's own honey! As well as selling it in our Edenlehen farm shop, we use this ‘liquid gold’ in our daily cooking and even in the Edenlehen breakfast buffet!
